We were thrilled to continue our Community Outreach at our recent “Palm Springs Pops” concert. Through our George Zander Memorial Anti-Bullying fund, we were able to award two (2) Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) Clubs $500 grants each. Palm Desert High School and Shadow Hills High School were both presented with checks during the concerts.
Representatives of each high school were present to receive the grant. PSGMC awards these grants to support equity activities and education among students and in support of GLBTQ youth of the Coachella Valley. Congratulations to Palm Desert High School and Shadow Hills High School!
